IQWorksMSP - Self-Monitoring reporting

These are the reports we use to remotely manage and monitor our partners who subscribe to our Full-service MSP offering.

Self-monitoring (SM) is our initial level of service. It consists of reports presented in emails. This level allows users to monitor their own devices at a lessor cost.

Please see Pricing for explanation of costs.

We offer the following tools to our SM clients:

1 – Links to many resources that explain various aspects of your SM reports.
2 – Available help to investigate issues about your devices.

3 – Assistance in fixing any issues within our scope of business and resources.

With MSP level service, these 3 items are automatically included.

These are the reports available to our MSP level clients. SM clients begin with the “Client Reports”.

However, some of these other reports are available to our SM clients for additional fees.

We are an MSP (See the “Home” option of www.iqworksmsp.com).

Our services include monitoring your devices in a myriad of ways. We provide

extensive MSP services for individuals and businesses.

To keep SM prices low, if you have any issues you can create an incident ticket and we can investigate your issue to determine resolutions.
Because of the volume of our business, we have to come to conclusions ASAP, this will keep your hourly incident cost always low.
